Like the R&R-BETH® bag filters, R&R-BETH®ceramic filters are also used for process air and exhaust gas streams with a wide range of pollutant loads.

The main difference is the high temperature resistance of the filter media, the housing design, the measuring and control systems, the cleaning systems and the discharge elements of up to 900 °C.

The filter media are cleaned and the separated residues are discharged continuously. Various additives can also contribute to the additional separation of inorganics and organics, including dioxins and furans, when used at higher temperatures.

Environmental regulations are reliably and permanently complied with while adhering to the specified emission values and taking into account a wide range of upstream production processes.

Different designs and an optimized static design of the respective filter construction enable customer-oriented individual adaptation to every application.
