R&R-BETH®cyclones and separators are often used for the “pre-separation” of larger quantities of material or problematic substances in the process chain to clean the process exhaust air before the actual
R&R-BETH® filter systems.
Large quantities of dust, heavy fractions, light fractions, abrasive materials or wood chips can be separated in cyclones with pure centrifugal force.
The geometry of the cyclone and the consideration of all design data of the overall processes contribute significantly to the efficiency and thus the separation performance of the R&R-BETH®cyclone.
Different designs, pressure-resistant and pressure-shock-resistant housings as well as substructures with static verification enable optimum adaptation to each individual application. R&R-BETH®cyclones can also be equipped with all possible wear protection systems. Our team will be happy to show you the appropriate technical options.
In contrast to R&R-BETH®cyclones, R&R-BETH®separators work with what is known as forced separation. R&R-BETH®light material separators, for example, use large rotors to continuously discharge light fractions such as paper, films, plastics, textiles, etc. from the process gas streams and separate them into containers.
This means that these fractions can no longer cause clogging of the downstream R&R-BETH®filter system.
The applications should be discussed with our professionally qualified staff so that we can find the right individual solution for your application.
